Overview
Apex's Olympic lifting program is run by a nationally ranked coach with over 15 years of experience developing competitive lifters. Weekly technique sessions focus on the snatch and clean & jerk from the ground up. Monthly strength cycles build the accessory work that makes the lifts. Competition prep is available for members targeting local and regional meets. You don't need to compete to train here - but the standards are the same.

What's the class size?
All group classes are capped at 15 athletes to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.
Do I need experience?
No. Every program scales to your current fitness level. Our coaches will assess your baseline before your first class.
What should I bring?
Athletic shoes, workout clothes, water bottle, and a towel. All equipment is provided.
