Overview
Apex's flagship program runs daily programming that combines Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in a structured class format. Classes are coached, scaled for all fitness levels, and capped at 15 athletes for quality. Open gym hours let experienced athletes complete additional work. For those chasing the leaderboard, a competitive track adds extra volume and skill work four days per week.
