Built for athletes competing in obstacle races, triathlons, or who simply want to own their engine. Apex's conditioning program uses structured aerobic development, interval training, and sport-specific work. Runs on a 12-week cycle with periodic testing to track progress. Pairs well with any strength program.

What's the class size?
All group classes are capped at 15 athletes to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.
Do I need experience?
No. Every program scales to your current fitness level. Our coaches will assess your baseline before your first class.
What should I bring?
Athletic shoes, workout clothes, water bottle, and a towel. All equipment is provided.
